Brown Ale aged in used Pinot Noir barrels from local Sonoma County
wineries. It is aged for about 12 months with sour cherries,
brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel.
Flavors from the cherries, Pinot Noir and oak balance each other nicely
with a little funk from the brett.

Dark Ale aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from local wineries. It
is aged for 4 to 8 months with black currants, brettanomyces,
lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Rich flavors of
chocolate truffle, spice, tobacco, currants, and a bit of Cabernet. Very
full-bodied, sip slowly!
Golden Coast Mead $12.99
Aroma: Nice honey aroma up front (grapes and orange
and sweet floral aroma), light tannins, light alcohol, very light fruity
berries (raspberries, blackberries), light jasmine flowers, light honey
sweetness, a hint of sage. Sweet honey is lightly caramel-y and
slightly raw-honey, light fruity esters, slightly musky citrus notes,
soft alcohol, and light carbonics.

lemon, with a soft acidic balance. Light sweetness moves to puckering
mouthfeel that lingers. Light carbonation helps the balance. Refreshing,
but a bit tart. Light earthy floral, citrus, raspberries, and a touch
of light earthiness in the aftertaste. Lingering moderate sweetness and
medium-high acid. Honey lingers into the finish.
It is bottled in
an amber 500ml lager bottle with a pop-top. We recommend drinking the
contents within 24 hours of opening the bottle. Otherwise, it keeps on
the shelf for as long as you would like to store it.

This special tropical ale is brewed in
celebration of City Beer Store’s 10th Anniversary. Inspired by their
adorable Platypus mascot, this equatorial sour blonde ale is aged in
used wine barrels and oak foeders with an array of tropical fruits. We
selected barrels with fruit-forward characters, and amplified those
notes with the addition of kiwi, mango, lime and passionfruit. We tied
the whole blend together with the addition of aromatic Galaxy hops from
Australia. The finished beer is a tropical explosion, worthy of our
duck-billed inspiration. Pair with celebratory anniversaries, pupu
platters and white sand beaches.

Pumpkin Sour is our ode to autumn. We brewed a sumptuous spiced brown
ale and aged it for months in wine and Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels
with hand-roasted California heirloom pumpkins. The result is a tart and
complex celebration of the harvest season, and the perfect mate for
savory Thanksgiving staples and bourbon pecan pie.
Farmers Reserve Pluot $10.99
Pluots are some of our favorite fruits. Created by cross-breeding
apricots and plums, there are dozens of varieties with an amazing range
of color and flavor. All through the summer, Blossom Bluff Orchards
picks each variety at its peak: Dapple Dandy, Honey Punch, Flavor Queen,
Black Kat & Dapple Jack were all added to a sour blonde ale and
aged in wine barrels to create this funky oak-aged brew.
Farmers Reserve Blackberry $10.99
We love blackberries. Tart, sweet and complex but guarded by thorny
branches, these alluring fruit have been a favorite of ours since we
added them to our very first beer. This sour blonde ale is infused with
loads of coastal Blackberries from Swanton Berry Farm in California’s
Santa Cruz Mountains and aged in wine barrels until our wild yeasts
worked their magic. Pair with duck dishes and summer salads.
US-bred Azacca is one of our favorite new hops! Grown in Washington,
this new hop varietal offers a tropical aroma of kiwi and papaya, with a
hint of mango and pine needles. Layered on our sour blonde, these
alluring new hops create complex and tropical aromas unlike anything

Wakatu Sour $10.99
Wakatu is a New Zealand-born hop prized for its floral and
citrusy aromatics. This relative of classic Hallertau hops is light on
bitterness and often used in clean, German-style lagers.
This hop finds a perfect mate in our sour blonde base beer,
combining with the tropical fruit and funk to create a tart ale with
hints of lemon, pineapple, and tangerine, a dry white wine-like finish,
and the subtle taste of key lime pie.
Saison de Brettaville $10.99
We love Brettanomyces! This wild yeast, also known as “Brett,” brings
out a wide range of flavors and aromas in beer, from exotic fruits to
earthy funk. We added a dozen different Brett strains to our dry-hopped
Saison Dolores, then aged it in white wine barrels for several months.
The result is an intricate farmhouse ale with the kind of nuance and
depth that only Brett can create. Serve alongside soft funky cheeses or
as a tangy counterpoint to rich charcuterie.

Organic Cherry Fruit Beer $4.99
Handcrafted at the tiny All Saints Brewery
set in a time warp in Stamford using the old manually operated brewing equipment.
Finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex
ale which, having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with
different yeasts and extended maturation, is taken to Samuel Smith’s
small, independent British brewery at Tadcaster. There it is blended
with pure organic cherry, strawberry, raspberry or apricot fruit juices
and more organic beer to create fruit beers of considerable strength and
flavour. The smooth distinctive character of the matured beer serves as
the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice.

Our Spring Saison is light blonde in color with a fresh hoppiness and a
wild and rustic Brettanomyces character. Lighter in color and alcohol
than our Saison Rue, yet equally complex in its own way. The wild yeast
in Saison de Lente will continue to dry it out over time, giving a
slightly more mature character to vintage bottles. Perfect for warmer
weather picnics and Spring celebrations.
Halia is a farmhouse ale aged in wine barrels with whole peaches,
resulting in bright, effervescent fruit notes in a soft, hazy body that
finishes slightly tart and sweet with the pleasant character of ripe,
juicy peaches. Literally meaning “remembrance of a loved one” in
Hawaiian, Halia was brewed in memory of the dear friend of one of our
brewers who loved peaches.
Lolita is a pink rose colored Belgian style pale ale fermented with wild
yeast and aged on raspberries in wine barrels. Aromas of fresh
raspberries, bright jammy fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing body make
Lolita ideal for beer drinkers fond of Belgian Framboise.
This uncommon Belgian-style pale ale is bronze in color with citrusy,
spicy, floral hop flavors and aromas coming from the liberal amount of
Styrian Goldings in the brew kettle followed by dry hopping of Cascade
in the conditioning tank.
BPA has combined the delicious aromas and
flavors of Belgian-style pale ale with more hops than we've ever put in

Cuvee Rene $11.99
Complex tart and well-balanced taste with a nice crisp, dry and tart finish. Due to the second fermentation process in the
bottle, its shelf life is the same as that of a good bottle of wine.
Bottles can be stored in a cellar lying on their sides. After
transportation, a 3-day rest period will allow the yeast to settle to
the bottom of the bottle. This makes it possible to serve the beer
without it becoming cloudy.
